Overview

Pages: Landing Page Skill is an open-source Agent Skill from the kostja94/marketing-skills collection (MIT). It teaches AI coding agents focused marketing / SEO workflows so they can produce production-ready guidance instead of generic advice.

Guides campaign landing page structure, conversion flow, and optimization. Primary use: Paid ads (PPC/SEM) — landing pages are typically built to receive paid traffic; ad-to-page alignment is critical for conversion. See paid-ads-strategy for when to use paid ads and ad-to-page alignment principles. Also applies to affiliate signup, product launch, lead capture, webinar registration, and other single-goal conversion pages. Scale: When building many landing pages (city-specific, product-specific, integration-specific), use programmatic-seo (template + data) and template-page-generator for template design. Differs from homepage (multi-purpose) and product pages (catalog).

When LP receives paid traffic: ad promise on page immediately; mobile-first (CTA above fold, fast load); minimal form (fewer fields); trust above fold. See paid-ads-strategy for full ad-to-page alignment and Quality Score.

Official skill id: landing-page-generator. Source path: skills/pages/marketing/landing-page.

Key Features

  • P: refer: Concrete ("Cut invoice processing by 70%—without new software")
  • O: ne primary CTA: No competing actions; create a "one-way street" toward conversion
  • A: bove the fold on mobile: Thumb-reachable; ~65%+ traffic is mobile
  • V: alue-focused copy: "Start Free Trial" not "Submit"
  • P: air with trust signals: Customer count, logos, or stats next to the button

FAQ

How do I install this skill?

npx skills add https://github.com/kostja94/marketing-skills --skill landing-page-generator

Or copy the skill folder into .cursor/skills/, .agents/skills/, or .claude/skills/.

Does this skill run code on my machine?

No. Skills in this collection are pure Markdown instructions for agents — no executable payloads.

Can I install only this skill instead of the full pack?

Yes. Prefer --skill landing-page-generator for a single task. Install 2–3 related skills per job rather than the entire library.

Where should I add project context?

Copy templates/project-context.md from the repo into .cursor/ or .claude/ and fill in product, audience, and brand details so outputs stay tailored.
